Blue and White Blossoms

I really haven't gotten used to this whole "I'm documenting my efforts" so I kind of didn't take any pictures of the process of this cake. I used a double recipe of the same cake I used in my cakepops. But.......I did take pictures at the end, so here they are:

Cupcake Bites(:

Our families very good friends(who have the most adorable children by the way) bought me Bakerellas cakepop book:

                                     I was suuuper excited until I tried to make them the first time and I couldn't figure it out. But....I didn't give up. I searched the internet and figured it out so I ended trying the cupcake bites first with mold I had bought a few months ago.

I laid out all of my ingredients while my cake was baking( Here's the recipe I used:http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/simple-white-cake/detail.aspx) which turned out to be quite a few things. I rolled out all of them into balls, and melted my chocolate and put it into my squeeze bottle.

After that I filled my molds and put my cake balls in the freezer for a little while. Finally, I dipped the top of the "cupcakes" in pink chocolate and  added an m&m and sprinkles! Then I had a mini cupcake photo shoot.

I made this Blogger account in March, but I was reaaaaly confused and didn't know how it worked, so I kinda gave up. I had the same idea then, to record all  of my baking exploits. I finally figured it out, but now I've already baked LOTS of stuff. the rest of my posts will have a mini tutorial, and during the process pictures....but here are some past creations:
